We recently dined at Restaurant Miya, and it was an unforgettable experience! Nestled near the Miya Jima ferry, it’s just a short drive away and absolutely worth it for anyone in the area. The restaurant boasts a stunning seaside balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing you to take in the breathtaking view of the bay while enjoying your meal. We arrived at 6 pm on a Friday evening in October, and the weather was perfect, with the windows open, letting in a pleasant sea breeze.The ambiance is modern yet cozy, with charming lighting that sets the perfect tone for a relaxed dining experience. Our group consisted of five adults and two children, and we were all impressed with the Mediterranean-inspired menu. The pastas were outstanding, with a variety of garlic, creamy, and tomato-based sauces to choose from. The filet of beef was tender and cooked to perfection—definitely a highlight!They also offer a great selection of Italian wines and bottled beers, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for your meal. Whether you’re dining with a large group or looking for a romantic spot for two on the balcony, Restaurant Miya is a hidden gem that’s sure to impress. Highly recommended!
